I have always been a huge advocate for Gay Rights. In my 23 plus years as a professional photographer, I have photographed many commitment ceremonies. I personally see no difference between a gay couple and a straight couple. People love each other. If it is the same sex, so what. Does it really matter? To me it is important that two people love each other regardless of sexual identity, race or religion. Love has no boundaries. So.. I thought it would be a good time to post a bunch of commitment ceremonies to celebrate Proposition 8 being overturned in California. I hope you enjoy these couples as much as I did photographing their weddings. I wish that one day everyone can except everyone for who they are and have no judgments. I am a proud member of the Greater Seattle Business Association.
The first posting is is Anna and Debbie. This wedding was photographed at their Leschi Home. This was photographed with film. Yes… remember that, Ahhhh Film. How I miss you!
