Mayflower Park Hotel recently celebrated it’s 40th anniversary with it’s local owners, Birney and Marie Dempcy. The Mayflower Hotel was originally built in 1927 and is one of Seattle’s finest hotels. Birney and Marie Dempcy bought the hotel in 1973 and are dedicated to the tradition of making the Mayflower Park Hotel, “Quite Simply, One of a Kind.”
